How to request deletion

1. Email pokesmart.kr@gmail.com from the verified email address on your PokeSmart account.
2. Use the subject PokeSmart Data Deletion Request.
3. We may send a one-time verification code to confirm account ownership. Never send us your Google or Facebook password.

What happens next

After ownership is verified, we will remove or anonymize account profile data and disconnect linked sign-in identities that are eligible for deletion. We will confirm completion by email. Information that must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes may be restricted and retained only for the required period.

Facebook access

You can also remove PokeSmart from the Apps and Websites section of your Facebook settings. Removing access there stops future Facebook sign-in access; contact PokeSmart using the steps above if you also want eligible PokeSmart account data deleted.
