Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide when you create an account, request a quote, place an order, save an address, use a wishlist, submit a review, or contact us. This may include your name, verified email address, country, shipping address, phone number, order and quote details, review content, and uploaded review images.

Social sign-in

If you use Google or Facebook to sign in, we receive the minimum account information needed to identify you, such as a provider account identifier, name, and email address when the provider supplies it. Facebook sign-in requests only basic profile and email access. If Facebook does not supply a usable email, PokeSmart requires email ownership verification before continuing.

How we use information

We use this information to provide account access, prepare and maintain quotes and orders, arrange delivery, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure. PokeSmart does not use social-login access to post on your behalf and does not request advertising or marketing permissions.

Payments and service providers

Selected payment methods may direct you to an external payment provider. PokeSmart records the selected method and order-payment snapshot needed to support the transaction, but does not store your external payment account password or full card credentials. Hosting, email delivery, authentication, and payment providers process only the information needed to deliver their services.

Retention and security

We retain account and commerce records only as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy applicable accounting, tax, or legal obligations. We use server-side sessions, verified-email controls, restricted provider linking, and access controls designed to protect customer information.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information. Some order, payment, quote, or audit records may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
